She seized an opportunity to fulfill her entrepreneurial passion after working in a dealership as a finance manager. Having first hand dealership experience lends well to her marketing career today.

With a proven track record and over 20 years of advertising experience, she brings a unique blend of business savvy and strategic thinking to her work. She has created campaigns that have propelled revenue growth, brand exposure and market expansion for not only the automotive industry but luxury hotels as well.   Gifted with a sharp mind, an innate ability to connect with others and a thirst for excellence, Jovannie has spent her career accumulating accolades for her work ethic, eye for detail and vision.

With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Steve joins the Top Fuel Media team bringing a unique blend of executive acumen and business solutions development credited with strong ROI and operational improvement. Prior to joining Top Fuel Media, Steve served as General Manager at various dealerships in Southern California.

His move into general manager positions began at a Family-owned Chevrolet dealer and then progressed to The SoCal Penske Group and AutoNation. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for California Superstores, overseeing 12 dealerships in California. His career has focused on the business process and optimization with a highlight on developing sales strategies. His steadfast commitment has been recognized and rewarded by the automotive industry.

Passionate about the auto industry, the move to Top Fuel was a natural fit as he understands the needs of diverse marketing campaigns to drive business as well as track and monitor customer habits. With a reputation of being judicious, Steve has been instrumental to the growth and leadership of Top Fuel Media.

Vincent brings creative ingenuity to Top Fuel Media as Digital and Web Development Director. Having spent over 15 years working on the creative side of an agency, he has a vast understanding of current design and marketing trends. His comprehensive approach to analytic allows him to break new ground with his design skills, technical savvy and creative management.

His career launched with Xcite Marketing where he conceptualized, designed and implemented promotional campaigns through various media platforms. His commitment to collaborate with companies looking to pioneer an unconventional approach to brand marketing is unwavering.

Prior to joining Top Fuel Media, Vincent spent time at Balboa Water Group. His background also includes designing and developing websites using CMS and HTML5. His work is rooted in creative designs and he strives in finding imaginative solutions to complex opportunities.

Mark has developed his skills as a Producer and Editor for over 17 years. He has produced thousands of creative campaigns for the Auto Industry including TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Print, Billboards and Digital artwork. His skills and creativity continue to produce campaigns that exceed expectations for our clients. Mark also prides himself on getting to know our clients and has developed long term and successful relationships, with General Managers and Dealership owners.
